The hotel rooms were large, comfortable, and clean, although dark with bad lighting. The courtyard and pool were nice and silent, but towels were not soft. A child had an accident by the pool, and the response was minimal. The service was friendly and helpful, with some inconveniences like early room entry. Overall, the stay was satisfactory with room for improvement.

The hotel's location is perfect for passing through, near the highway, making it easy to find initially and ideal for business stays. The rooms were spacious and comfy, facing the TransCanada Hwy, but some suffered minor issues. The service was accommodating, friendly, and welcoming, helping with extra requests. Although dining options were good, they were not fully ready early in the morning. The hotel offers amenities with a commercial touch that was a huge hit for us.
